Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Afroganics Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Afroganics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To join the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have an active PayPal account to receive payments.
Accurately represent yourself and your promotional channels (e.g., social media, blog, etc.).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
By joining, you agree to:
Share your unique referral link ethically and honestly.
Disclose that you earn commissions when promoting Afroganics (in compliance with FTC and local guidelines).
Avoid spamming, misleading claims, or false advertising.
Promote Afroganics in a way that reflects our brand values of trust, transparency, and inclusivity.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Purchase through your own affiliate link (“self-referral”).
Use paid ads that bid on Afroganics brand keywords or impersonate our brand.
Post discount codes not publicly provided or use “leaked” promo links.
Promote on adult, hate, discriminatory, or illegal platforms.
4. Commissions & Payouts
You will earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through your referral link.
Commissions are tracked and managed through our affiliate dashboard
Payouts are made via PayPal on demand once your balance reaches £20
Sales that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged for fraud are not eligible for commission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or harmful behavior.
Withhold unpaid commissions in the event of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
You may also terminate your participation at any time by contacting us.
6. Modifications
Afroganics may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Afroganics makes no guarantees regarding income or sales generated through the Program. We are not responsible for lost earnings due to system errors, downtime, or third-party platform issues.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
