Returns
Due to the nature of our products—especially skincare and ingestible wellness items—we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Refunds will only be issued for items that are unopened, unused, and returned in good condition. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet this standard.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:
Used or opened products
Free gifts or samples
Shipping charges
Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item (if eligible for return) for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@afroganics.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
