UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders from our UK hub as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

All UK orders are shipped via Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

International Delivery

We currently ship internationally from the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time courier rates.

Most international orders arrive within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive full tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

In some cases, international orders may be fulfilled via Amazon. You’ll be notified and provided tracking details if this applies.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country.

Afroganics does not cover these additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, especially if you’re unsure about import thresholds in your country.

Missed or Returned Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to collect your parcel, or that it’s collected promptly from your local post office if delivery is missed.

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection, we’re happy to resend it—however, a reshipping fee will apply.
Alternatively, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a small admin fee.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
